Opening Doors

For over 22 years, Beginnings Care for Life Center has provided information, support, and materials for our community.
Our critically-needed services offer “help, truth and hope” and Open Doors to “positive choices and healing for women, men and families.” (BCFLC Mission Statement)

“I’ve learned how to calmly, but firmly discipline children.
I am not rich, but I can afford to learn and, in return, receive diapers, a car seat, a crib and so much more.”
Fatherhood Involvement Program Participant

“Beginnings Care for Life Center’s Earning & Learning Program has provided our families with
a wealth of information to stabilize the relationship within their home over the years.”
Kristi Gatke, Services Supervisor,
Michigan Department of Health & Human Services

With over 1200 client visits per year, six part-time staff members and over 30 volunteers, we have outgrown our facility!
A larger, one-story building would offer a comfortable and safe environment for our volunteers and clients,
as well as room for the expansion of our services.

We have been blessed with the promise of two sizable grants, which will allow us to purchase a larger building.
We are thanking God for His provision and excited about this new chapter in our history!

As we transition to the new facility, there will be expenditures that are not in our annual budget.
These include moving expenses, future increases in overhead and the cost of maintaining two buildings, for a time.
We are endeavoring to raise $50,000.00 to cover these costs and hope to do so by July 1st.

Will you partner with us as we make this transition?

Gifts of all sizes will be appreciated!
