At Beginnings, we have videos/dvds and written material about a variety of topics, including:  pregnancy and fetal development, abortion facts, post-abortion care, adoption, miscarriage, sexually-transmitted diseases, abstinence and secondary virginity, healthy relationships, marriage and spiritual issues.  All of our materials are free and several are available in Spanish.

Our Earning & Learning Program includes parenting education, which covers topics ranging from pre-natal care to toddler years all the way up to adolescents and teens.  It also has lessons on Smoking and Life-Skills, including: budgeting, using credit cards and checking accounts, apartment-hunting, roommate issues and housecleaning.

Our Special Circumstances Modules include the topics of:  Miscarriage, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome,  Child Abuse & Neglect and Methanphetomine. 

Points are earned by watching videos, completing short written assignments and/or by participating in other agencies' programs, as referred to by a Beginnings volunteer.  Points can be exchanged for new and/or large baby-care items as well as other items, such as bath and body items and gift-certificates.
