Any client of Beginnings Care For Life Center may participate in our Earning and Learning Program and receive one (1) point for each half hour you visit with your peer-counselor. You can also watch a dvd or read a approved books (you must answer questions pertaining to the dvd and/or books) or attend classes offered here at Beginnings Care For Life Center or at other approved agencies. You may even use referrals that you are given, by your doctor or other agencies, with your peer-counslor's permission to earn points. If you bring the baby's father or another care giver who works with your child to your appointments to participate with you in the program, you can earn additional points. These points will be tracked for you and you may use points to "purchase" items for you and your child.
